The process may vary slightly by role, country or entry level, but below is a guide of what you can expect. We are an international business with English as our official business language – as such some stages will take place in English.

1. Online Application

Our online application process is really simple, all we need you to do at this stage is complete an online application form and upload your resume once you’ve found a job you are interested in.

2. Pre-Selection

Depending on the kind of role you have applied for, this next stage might be slightly different. Generally, it will be a case of simply having a chat.

3. Interview

If we see a fit at the pre-selection stage, we will invite you to an interview, either onsite or virtually with the recruiting manager. This is an opportunity to talk through your application in a bit more detail, and go into greater detail around your skills, capabilities, experience level and fit for the role. We may also ask you to complete a project or presentation, depending on the specific role. Once you have completed the process, we will carefully consider your performance and try our best to give you a quick decision. There might be some testing or background checking at this point (or after offer) depending on the country or region where the job is based.

4. Job Offer

If we think you would be successful at Satguru Travel Ghana, and you feel the same about us, this is the exciting part where we offer you the job! All that needs to happen then is for us to send you an employment contract, plan your in-depth induction and agree your start date. And,...

Be Careful

We have been told about an online recruitment fraud involving fake job postings. These postings impersonate our company and employees in an attempt to wrongfully gather personal data and money from candidates. We take this matter very seriously and are doing everything we can to put an end to it because our front desk office is only one here in Ghana. Just in case, please watch out for:

As part of our recruitment process, we almost always meet candidates in person, at least twice.

Early requests for extensive personal information such as passport and bank account details. We would only request passport information at the in-person interview stage and bank account details once you have accepted a job offer and started the onboarding process.

Offers of employment in international locations – often with requests for "visa processing fees".

Let us start with the office location. We are located in Accra,Osu 603 block,Ringway Eatate, 6 Dr Esther Ocloo St, Re 

The next thing to talk about is the financial obligation involved,each applicants is expected to spend an estimated amount of Ghs 10,000.00 on the process whiles the company takes care of your food and accommodation, your visa application process and your flight ticket 

It is five years work permit, when you get to your destination and start working, the company will deduct 20% from your salary for six month out of the five years you will be working with the company, to take care of your visa application process, your food and accommodation and your flight ticket 

About the Ghs 10,000.00. First you will buy a job application form which is Ghs 500.00, you are going to buy the form and apply online. 

Next process will be interview on the job.

After a successful interview you will receive an email from the company about the medical examination, the time and date medical will come on and the amount you are supposed to pay for the medicals which also includes the Ghs 10,000.00

After we are done with the medical examination next is Police report Clearance so we can start with the visa application process as soon as possible.

Other expenses include your convid-19 test, foreign bank account that will be created for you through which you receive your salary and don’t forget all these expenses includes the Ghs 10,000.00 you’ll spend on the process.

Company takes 80% percent of the total travel expenses/costs which will include your food, accommodation, travel insurance, flight tickets, work permit, residence permit, visa, 50% percent of medical fees and other logistics.
